Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant to manage high-volume consumer outreach remotely on U.S. Eastern Time hours. Target earnings are CAD 40,000–50,000 annually, with responsibilities including qualification, objection handling, and live transfer coordination.

You will work with an automatic dialer, document dispositions, and meet daily transfer goals while maintaining professional communication and compliance.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outbound sales or related roles.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience meeting call/transfer/appointment or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Confidence speaking with consumers throughout the day.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are skeptical or upset.
• Strong listening skills and adaptability in conversation.
• Accurate CRM notes and dispositions.
• Willingness to be coached and accept feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the company and purpose clearly.
• Ask brief qualification questions and qualify opportunities.
• Respond to objections and time concerns.
• Explain value of speaking with a sales rep.
• Request live transfers from qualified consumers.
• Provide a clear intro when the receiving rep joins.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
