Langford Staffing is hiring Outbound Call Center Representatives for client campaigns. You will contact leads, explain the call purpose, and qualify consumers for live transfers during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

This role emphasizes high-volume calling, script adherence, and achieving transfer targets. The position focuses on converting outbound calls into qualified live transfers, not final sales, while maintaining professional communication and accurate CRM notes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in outbound call centres and related roles.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and telephone communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, appointment, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay composed during rejection and difficult calls.
• Accurate CRM, call notes, and disposition habits.
• Willingness to be coached and apply feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Deliver clear and professional call openings.
• Ask required qualification questions.
• Respond to customers who are busy, skeptical, or uninterested.
• Keep conversations moving without aggression.
• Explain why speaking with the sales rep helps.
• Ask qualified customers to complete an immediate live transfer.
• Introduce the customer to the receiving representative.
• Enter accurate call notes and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out rules.
• Meet hourly and daily call and transfer targets.
