Langford Staffing is recruiting Inside Sales Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. This full-time remote role involves speaking with company-provided consumer leads through an automatic dialer to qualify prospects for a live transfer, not the final sale.

You’ll conduct outbound calls, handle objections, and work toward hourly and daily performance targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside/outbound sales or call-centre sales.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Clear and professional spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Make continuous outbound calls with an automatic dialer.
• Deliver confident introductions and explain purpose clearly.
• Ask qualification questions and handle objections effectively.
• Record call notes, outcomes, and dispositions in CRM.
• Coordinate live transfers to receiving reps and meet targets.
