This full-time remote position targets live transfers rather than final sales, and offers a compensation range of CAD 40,000–CAD 50,000 annually in the Canadian market. You will contact property-owner leads using an automatic dialer, present the program, handle objections, and guide qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of telesales or related experience.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection handling and persuasive communication.
• English proficiency as primary language.
• Ability to meet call/transfer targets.
• Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Gain the property owner’s attention quickly.
• Introduce Royal York and explain the purpose of the call.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm the number of properties and occupancy.
• Explain the program’s monthly cost.
• Handle objections related to price, need, trust, timing, or history.
• Explain the value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Encourage qualified owners to complete an immediate live transfer.
• Record notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow scripts and opt-out requirements.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
