Qualifications

• Three+ years in call-centre sales, outbound calling, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive telephone communication.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical or difficult owners.
• Strong listening skills and adaptability on calls.
• Accurate CRM, call notes and disposition habits.
• Willingness to be coached and accept feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm number of rental properties and occupancy status.
• Handle objections regarding price, need, timing, trust or tenants.
• Explain value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Prompt owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers and record call outcomes.
• Follow scripts, qualification rules and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
