Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to introduce property owners to its rental-guarantee program. You will contact owner leads via an automatic dialer and aim to generate qualified live transfers to a sales rep, without completing the final sale.

The role requires 3+ years in inside/outbound sales, experience with a dialer, and strong English communication. This is a full-time remote position aligned to U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Formación

• Three or more years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience working with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Confidence speaking with property owners throughout the day.
• Calm under pressure with skeptical or upset prospects.
• Strong listening skills and adaptability during conversations.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• Openness to coaching, call monitoring, and performance feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm the number of properties and whether they are occupied or vacant.
• Explain the C$100 monthly cost and the program's value.
• Respond to objections regarding price, need, trust, timing, or existing tenants.
• Build interest without aggressive or misleading tactics.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets.
