Qualifications

• Three+ years in inside/outbound sales or related roles.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Track record of meeting call/transfer/appointment targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Comfort talking with property owners throughout the day.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical or upset prospects.
• Accurate CRM, call-notes, and disposition recording.
• Open to coaching and performance feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the rental-guarantee program to owners.
• Ask about owner and property details.
• Confirm number and occupancy of properties.
• Explain the C$100 monthly cost and program value.
• Handle objections regarding price, need, trust, timing, or tenants.
• Build interest without aggressive tactics.
• Invite qualified owners to speak with a Royal York salesperson.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and qualification rules.
• Meet hourly and daily calling/transfer targets.
