Bluelight is a leading software consultancy expanding across the US and Latin America. We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and to build a robust pipeline through outbound efforts, networking and referrals.

You will engage senior decision-makers, craft tailored proposals, and collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.

Competenze

• 3+ years in B2B sales with quota attainment.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Consultative approach focused on uncovering client needs and delivering value.
