Bluelight is a leading software consultancy delivering AI, cloud, and nearshore engineering solutions to US-based startups and enterprises. We are expanding in the Americas and seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, building trusted relationships with senior tech leaders and delivering tailored proposals.

You'll collaborate with delivery and leadership, maintain a healthy pipeline, and represent Bluelight at industry events while targeting

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of B2B software sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience selling to US-based startups and enterprises.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand client challenges.
• Build tailored proposals, pitch decks and statements of work with delivery teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, founders).
• Forecast revenue and meet quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with SDRs, delivery and leadership for smooth handoffs.
• Represent Bluelight at networking events and conferences to generate new opportunities.
