therapy practices. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates, administering assessments, and aligning candidate skills with partner workflows and payer requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on medical billing across the full revenue cycle.
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements and denial reasons.
• Clear communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to run live screening calls and assess candidate fit.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.

Aufgaben

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing/RCM roles.
• Conduct technical screening of resumes for full-cycle billing.
• Assess billing proficiency: EOBs, denials, appeals, A/R follow-up.
• Score assessments and flag concerns early and clearly.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding handoffs, and follow-ups.
• Share hiring insights with leadership to inform sourcing strategies.
