Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Insurance Credentialing Specialist based in Mexico to manage provider enrollment, credentialing, and claims operations in a remote healthcare environment. You will coordinate with payers, providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing, and compliant reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in medical credentialing and billing.
• Experience with multiple payers and credentialing cycles.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding.

Responsibilities

• Submit credentialing applications for new providers across carriers.
• Manage re-credentialing to prevent lapses in network participation.
• Maintain provider information in credentialing databases and portals.
• Verify licensing and documentation with providers.
• Review and submit medical claims using EHR/billing systems.
• Resolve denials and monitor payer communications for timely appeals.
