Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Recruitment Lead in Mexico for a remote, international talent-acquisition role. You will guide a team of Recruitment Specialists, coach on assessments, and own selected searches end-to-end.

You'll work with founders to optimize pipelines, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements while growing into Recruitment Manager as the team expands. Fully remote, full-time contractor with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years full-cycle recruitment in agency or high-growth env.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruiters; leadership path welcome.
• Strong interviewing and assessment; explain evaluation decisions.
• Direct, constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Excellent client-facing updates, calls, and timelines.
• Experience recruiting across functions (marketing, sales, ops).
• Able to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines.
• Familiar with BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Calendly, Fireflies, Claude.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate scores and ensure consistent evaluations.
• Observe interviews, coach recruiters to improve assessments.
• Attend client interviews; share notes and actionable feedback.
• Manage weekly team performance scoreboard and placements.
• Monitor active pipelines; address delays and bottlenecks.
• Provide weekly client updates on open positions through to offer.
• Coordinate handover to People Lead after offer and spot new opportunities.
• Lead one or two searches end-to-end independently.
• Allocate new searches across team based on capacity.
• Train new recruiters and refine workflows with founders.
• Identify performance concerns and take appropriate action.
• Track KPIs like 90-day retention, submission timelines, interviews, and feedback.
• Follow a structured 30/60/90 onboarding plan.
