Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Partner Manager / B2B Sales Representative to grow its network of medical and dental clinics across Mexico. This remote role focuses on acquiring clinic partners, closing B2B deals, and driving partner revenue.

You will prospect, negotiate, onboard new clinics, and manage a portfolio of partners while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams. This role requires remote work discipline and travel within Mexico when required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management experience.
• Proven experience hitting sales or revenue targets.
• Fluent English.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new medical and dental clinic partners across Mexico.
• Build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and research.
• Pitch platform to clinic owners and decision-makers; negotiate terms and close partnerships.
