Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a part-time Recruiter based in Mexico for US-based roles. This fully remote position offers approximately 20 hours per week with potential growth to full-time.

You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for private household staff and executive support roles, using Bullhorn or similar ATS tools. You will engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social channels, deliver concise summaries, and collaborate with talent

Formación

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate research, or a similar talent acquisition role.
• An active LinkedIn Recruiter seat or license is required to support sourcing activities.
• Experience sourcing candidates for US-based roles and understanding of the US market.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to prepare polished candidate summaries.
• Experience recruiting private household professionals is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage qualified candidates for US-based recruitment searches via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for private households and corporate roles.
• Conduct initial screening calls and prepare concise candidate summaries.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain recruitment records in Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity throughout recruitment processes.
• Explore sourcing innovations and AI tools to improve screening efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
