Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Mexico for a remote-first, fast-growing technology environment. You will own full-cycle recruitment across Latin America, focusing on customer-facing roles such as Customer Support and Onboarding.

You’ll collaborate with managers to define requirements and optimize the hiring process, while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and experience hiring across LATAM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring across Latin America.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Startup or high-growth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Latin America for customer-facing roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networks.
• Screen, interview, and provide actionable recommendations to hiring managers.
• Define role requirements with managers and drive hiring momentum.
• Maintain ATS records and use data to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate across time zones with distributed teams.
