Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support rapid growth by owning recruitment from sourcing through onboarding in a fully remote environment. You will identify and engage top technical IT talent, manage pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to define needs and success criteria.

You will lead structured interviews, coordinate offers, and ensure a professional candidate experience across the hiring process. This remote role offers global scope and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and pipeline management.
• Experience recruiting for technology, IT, technical support, or other specialized roles.
• Strong use of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub and other networks.
• Ability to convert passive prospects into engaged candidates.
• Excellent English communication for interviewing and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Source and engage qualified talent via job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines andActive/passive outreach.
• Conduct structured initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate hiring process and pre-employment activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and sourcing strategies.
