Jobgether SRL in Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist | Medical Billing Expert for a remote full-time role. You will combine medical billing expertise with recruitment to source and assess skilled revenue cycle management professionals for U.S. practices.

You will screen candidates, conduct live calls, and build reliable pipelines, while aligning with HIPAA standards and partner needs. Strong English, attention to detail, and independent work habits are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on medical billing across full revenue cycle.
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, denial reasons.
• Ability to explain billing workflows clearly and assess practical experience.
• Experience conducting live screening calls and evaluating candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates and positions.
• Reliable home office with stable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing and RCM candidates.
• Conduct technical screening of billing experience, payer knowledge, EMR, and billing platforms.
• Assess billing proficiency in claim workflows, EOBs, denials, appeals, and A/R follow-up.
• Administer role-specific skills assessments and score candidates.
• Provide evidence-based written evaluations highlighting strengths, risks and readiness.
• Match candidates to partner needs based on workflows, payer mix, and systems.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, onboarding handoffs, and replacement searches.
• Improve recruitment quality by refining assessments and scoring methods.
• Share hiring insights with leadership to inform sourcing strategies.
• Maintain professional, HIPAA-compliant candidate communication.
