You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media, screen, and prepare summaries while coordinating interviews with distributed teams. Approx.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Active LinkedIn Recruiter seat required for sourcing.
Experience sourcing US-based roles and understanding of US market.
Excellent written and spoken English for screening calls and summaries.
Strong research and sourcing using diverse channels.

Responsibilities

Sourcing qualified candidates for active US-based searches.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for household and corporate roles.
Conduct structured screening calls and prepare summaries.
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across time zones.
Maintain ATS records and ensure data confidentiality.
