Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
• Experience using ATS platforms and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for client needs.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from role definition to onboarding support.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and accountability.
