Plata Card in Mexico seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to shape recruitment strategies for diverse clients on a fully remote basis. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, mentor junior recruiters, and partner with hiring managers across industries from your home office.

The role requires 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 in leadership, and expertise in executive search, high-volume recruiting, and advanced sourcing tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage key client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Drive innovation in sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement methodologies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
