Plata Card is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join a fully remote team, responsible for shaping and executing strategic recruitment for diverse clients. You will own end-to-end hiring, mentor junior recruiters, and drive candidate experience in a virtual-first environment.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in talent acquisition, leadership experience, and strong proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing techniques, and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Proven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.
• Expertise with ATS platforms and advanced sourcing techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs and market dynamics.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across industries.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
