Formación

• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruitment experience with at least 2 years in leadership or management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.
• Expertise in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Remote or distributed team leadership and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs and market dynamics.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across industries.
