Pyramid Consulting, Inc is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and execute innovative hiring strategies in a fully remote environment. You will manage a portfolio of high-impact roles, mentor junior recruiters, and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across diverse clients in a virtual-first setup.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.
• Expertise with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Experience leading a remote or distributed recruitment team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs and market dynamics.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role definition and sourcing to offers and onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across industries.
• Champion a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
