Plata Card is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join a fully remote team. You will shape and execute innovative talent strategies, manage a portfolio of high-impact roles, and mentor junior recruiters from your home office.

The role requires 6+ years in talent acquisition with 2+ in leadership, strong stakeholder relationships, and expert use of ATS and sourcing techniques. You will drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and champion an exceptional candidate experience.

Formación

• 6+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting, with 2+ in leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment tools and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for client needs.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from role definition to onboarding.
