Plata Card is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and drive innovative recruitment strategies for diverse clients on a fully remote basis. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, manage a portfolio of high-impact roles, and mentor a team of recruiters while working from a home office in Mexico.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing capabilities, and proven experience leading remote teams.

Formación

• 6+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment with 2+ years in leadership/management.
• Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role definition to onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to drive performance.
• Use data analytics to track metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across industries.
• Champion a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
