Plata Card, on behalf of a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join a fully remote team. You will shape and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, manage a portfolio of high‑impact roles, and mentor junior recruiters from your home office.

You must have at least 6 years in talent acquisition (2 in leadership), expertise with ATS/tools, and a proven ability to partner with hiring managers across industries.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in leadership or management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.
• Expertise in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing recruitment processes in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs and market dynamics.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across industries.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience and engagement throughout the hiring journey.
