Plata Card, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join their fully remote team. You will shape and execute innovative talent strategies, oversee end-to-end recruitment, and mentor junior recruiters from your home office.

The role requires a proven track record in sourcing, candidate experience, and building relationships with stakeholders, with 6+ years in talent acquisition and 2+ in leadership.

Formación

• 6+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.
• Expertise in using various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing recruitment processes in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to specific client needs and market dynamics.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across various industries.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring professionalism and engagement throughout the hiring journey.
