Plata Card is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join their fully remote team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, manage a portfolio of high-impact roles, and mentor junior recruiters from your home office.

The role demands a proven track record in talent sourcing, candidate experience, and stakeholder relationships in a virtual-first environment. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in talent acquisition (2+ in leadership) and a related bachelor’s degree.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
• Experience with ATS platforms and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Experience managing a fully remote or distributed team.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs and market dynamics.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across industries.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
