Job summary

Community Sports Partners is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell RecRivals platform to league operators and sports organizations. You will own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

This role is remote across Latin America and the Caribbean, with dependable availability for calls during North American/Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product, including self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English, confidence on calls and demonstrations, disciplined CRM use and persistent professional follow-up.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain practical value to nontechnical buyers.
• Experience selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues or facilities is useful.

Responsibilities

• Build the sales pipeline and close new software customers.
• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Run product demonstrations using approved capabilities and terms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, and forecasts.
• Coordinate handover for implementation and capture product feedback.
