Job summary

Community Sports Partners is hiring a hands-on salesperson to build the pipeline and close new B2B software customers for RecRivals. This remote role spans Latin America and the Caribbean, with English proficiency and a base salary of US$1,000 per month plus commissions.

You will own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, objections handling, and closing, while coordinating with the founder and product team and maintaining clear CRM records and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Self-generated pipeline and closed deals demonstrated.
• Strong spoken and written English with confidence on calls and demos.
• Disciplined CRM use and persistent follow-up.
• Experience selling to sports organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach decision-makers in leagues and sports organizations.
• Lead product demonstrations and articulate practical value to buyers.
• Negotiate within authority and close new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, and forecasts.
• Coordinate handover for implementation and capture product feedback.
