RecRivals is actively seeking a hands-on salesperson to build a pipeline, demonstrate a powerful platform, and close new software customers across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the end-to-end sales process from discovery to closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

Ideal candidates have proven B2B software sales experience, strong English communication, and a track record of self-generated pipeline. Remote role with commissions beyond base salary.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B software sales experience with self-generated pipeline.
• Strong spoken and written English; confident on calls and demos.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain value to nontechnical buyers.
• Experience selling to sports organizations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Find prospects, conduct discovery, and present product demonstrations.
• Close new customers and manage negotiations within authority.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast opportunities.
• Coordinate handover for implementation and collect product feedback.
