Job summary

RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to build the sales pipeline for its software platform and close new customers across Latin America. You will own the full sales process from discovery to close, partnering with the founder and product team.

Remote role across Latin America and the Caribbean with calls during NA/Eastern business hours. Flexible coverage and commission terms will be agreed before hire.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Strong spoken and written English and confident on calls/demos.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain practical value to nontechnical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Build a repeatable prospecting routine and generate qualified conversations.
• Progress opportunities from discovery through proposals and closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, stages, next steps and forecasts.
