RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell software to league operators and sports organizations. You will own the full sales process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

The role is remote across Latin America and the Caribbean, with availability for North American/Eastern business hours for calls and demos.

Qualifications

• Evidence of selling B2B software or comparable consultative product.
• Strong spoken and written English, confidence on calls and demonstrations.
• Disciplined CRM use and persistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations and closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast opportunities and next steps.
• Coordinate handover for implementation and capture product feedback.
