Job summary

RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell its platform to league operators and sports organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the sales process from prospecting through discovery, demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

Remote role with international coverage; expect to manage CRM records, forecast opportunities and pursue defined commission terms.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software including self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English, confidence on calls and demonstrations, disciplined CRM use.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain practical value to nontechnical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Reach decision-makers through outbound calls, email, and professional networks.
• Run product demonstrations and coordinate a handover for implementation.
