Job summary

Community Sports Partners is hiring a hands-on salesperson to build the sales pipeline and close new software customers across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

Qualifications

• Evidence of selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Strong spoken and written English; confident on calls and demos.
• Disciplined CRM use and persistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Owns the sales process from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations, and closing.
• Communicate with decision-makers through calls, email, and networks.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunities, stages, and forecasts.
