Job summary

RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell our software platform to league operators and sports organizations. You will own the full sales process from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations, follow-up and closing, collaborating with the founder and product team.

This remote role covers Latin America and the Caribbean, requires strong English, and offers a base of US$1,000 per month plus commissions. You should build a repeatable pipeline, hit targets, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Disciplined CRM use and persistent follow-up.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain practical value to nontechnical buyers.
• Experience selling to sports organizations is useful.
• Show evidence of what you personally did and achieved.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Reach decision-makers via calls, email and professional networks; conduct product demonstrations.
• Follow up, negotiate within authority and close new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, next steps and forecasts.
