Job summary

RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell our software platform to league operators and sports organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing—with support from the founder and product team.

Expect a remote role with English fluency required and a base of US$1,000 per month plus commissions. You will coordinate handovers for implementation and maintain CRM data.”

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product, including self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English, confidence on calls and demonstrations, disciplined CRM use and persistent professional follow-up.
• Experience selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues or facilities is useful.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to discovery, demos, follow-up and closing.
• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Reach decision-makers through outbound calls, email and professional networks.
