RecRivals is seeking a hands-on salesperson to build the sales pipeline and close new software customers across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the sales process from discovery through closing, engaging league operators and sports organizations while collaborating with the founder and product team.

Remote from LATAM with calls during North American/Eastern business hours. Base + commissions; CRM-driven performance and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience selling B2B software or consultative products.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals.
• Strong spoken and written English with confident calls and demos.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain value to buyers.

Responsabilités

• Own the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present terms clearly.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities, and follow up.
• Coordinate handover for implementation and gather feedback.
