Zusammenfassung

Community Sports Partners is seeking a hands-on salesperson to build the sales pipeline and close new software customers across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the end-to-end process from prospecting to discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing, while collaborating with the founder and product team.

The role is remote across Latin America and the Caribbean with calls during North American/Eastern business hours. Applicants from Latin America are welcome; apply once.

Qualifikationen

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product, including self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English, confidence on calls and demonstrations, disciplined CRM use and persistent professional follow-up.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain practical value to nontechnical buyers.
• Experience selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues or facilities is useful.

• Build and manage a repeatable prospecting routine from outreach to close.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present clear value propositions.
• Negotiate terms within authority and close new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages and forecasts.
