Upcision is hiring an SDR & Appointment Setter for remote work. You will run high‑volume outbound campaigns, make 150+ calls a day, and send 30–40 emails to convert responses into qualified meetings with American business owners.

We value self‑ starters who don’t take no for an answer, are meticulous, and can grow into team leadership. The role offers a base of $1,500 per month with an at‑target earnings of $2,000 per month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Phone Sales.
• Experience with dialers/CRMs (prefer Salesforce).
• Self-starter with quick learning.
• Persistent and results-driven.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Ambition to grow into leadership.
