Job summary

Stillpoint Land, LLC is seeking a virtual full-time appointment setter to help convert vacant land leads into qualified prospects for our closers. You will call new leads within minutes, follow a strict cadence, and log every interaction.

You must have fluent English, strong communication, and CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred). This remote role pays a base $1,280 per month plus 1% gross profit on deals booked from your appointments, with US Mountain Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

• Quiet workspace suitable for remote calls.

Responsibilities

• Call every new lead within 5 minutes and leave voicemail, text, and email if needed.
• Follow the call cadence: 3 calls per day until 21 attempts, then 3 per month; older leads 3 calls every 30 days.
• Qualify leads based on motivation and price with provided training.
• Adhere to the script and book qualified prospects onto closers' calendar.
• Log every call; calls are recorded and reviewed.
