Atomic HR is helping a focused SaaS provider in outdoor hospitality scale its customer onboarding function. You’ll guide new customers from kickoff to go-live, learn the product deeply, and tailor demos to show how the platform fits real-world workflows.

You’ll keep notes, build onboarding plans, and collaborate with product and engineering to surface insights. A calm, organized approach during peak season is essential, as is clear communication in English.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS onboarding or related roles.
• Experience onboarding or training customers on a software product.
• Ability to explain complex software in plain language to non-technical users.
• Curiosity about product details and willingness to become a go-to expert.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through onboarding end to end from kickoff to go-live.
• Become an expert on the platform, including availability, rates, payments, site maps, and reporting.
• Deliver tailored demos that simplify complex features.
• Build onboarding plans, setup checklists, and follow-up emails.
• Spot common confusions early and address them proactively.
• Share customer insights with product and engineering.
• Keep notes and next steps organized in CRM and tracking tools.
• Stay calm and organized during peak-season urgency.
