Atomic HR is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide onboarding from kickoff to go-live for our SaaS platform serving outdoor hospitality. You will tailor demos, become the product expert, and translate complex features into simple steps for diverse parks.

We value strong English, empathy, and organization. The role is remote with schedule overlap for team calls, offering growth into customer operations or implementation leadership, and a competitive USD salary.

Formación

• 2+ years in SaaS onboarding or customer success
• Ability to explain complex software to non-technical users
• Strong organization and follow-through across calls, notes, and next steps
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through onboarding end to end
• Become expert on platform features (availability, rates, payments, reporting)
• Deliver tailored demos that simplify complex features
• Build onboarding plans and checklists
• Spot common confusions early and address them
• Share customer insights with product and engineering
• Keep notes organized in CRM and tracking tools
• Stay calm and responsive during peak-season urgency
