Atomic HR is hiring for a customer onboarding/implementation role in the SaaS hospitality space. You will own the customer experience from kickoff to launch, becoming an expert on the platform and guiding operators through its real-world use.

Expect to deliver tailored demos, build onboarding plans, and proactively address confusion while collaborating with product and engineering to turn feedback into actionable insights.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or success.
• Ability to explain complex software in plain language to non-technical users.
• Strong organization and follow-through across calls, notes, and next steps.
• Comfort with CRM, helpdesk, or project-tracking tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through onboarding end to end, from kickoff calls to go-live.
• Become a true expert on the platform, including availability, rates, payments, and reporting.
• Deliver tailored demos that simplify complex features.
• Build onboarding plans, setup checklists, and post-call follow-ups.
• Spot common confusions early and address them proactively.
• Share customer insights with product and engineering.
• Keep notes, next steps, and setup details organized in CRM.
