Atomic HR seeks a proactive onboarding specialist to guide customers from kickoff to go-live, becoming deeply knowledgeable about the platform’s availability, rates, payments, and reporting. You will tailor demos, build onboarding plans, and document insights for product teams, ensuring smooth transitions and high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and empathy, with a remote setup and collaboration across customer calls and teams.

Formación

• Onboarding experience for SaaS products.
• Ability to explain complex software in plain language.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through onboarding end to end from kickoff to go-live.
• Deliver tailored demos illustrating features in practical terms.
• Create onboarding plans, checklists, and post-call follow-ups.
• Spot and address common confusion early and share insights with product/engineering.
• Keep CRM and tracking notes organized; stay calm during peak times.
