Atomic HR is seeking a proactive Customer Success/Onboarding specialist to guide customers from kickoff to go-live, learning the product inside out and translating park operations into practical workflows.
You will deliver tailored demos, craft onboarding plans, and share actionable insights with product and engineering. This remote role requires clear English, superb organization, and a calm, proactive approach to peak-season timelines.
Formación
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS onboarding or customer success.
- Ability to explain complex software to non-technical users.
- Strong organization and follow-through across calls and notes.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfort with CRM, helpdesk, or project-tracking tools.
Responsabilidades
- Onboard new customers end to end, from kickoff to go-live.
- Learn the platform and map it to real park operations.
- Build onboarding plans and follow-up emails after calls.
- Deliver tailored demos that simplify complex features.
- Spot common confusions and address them proactively.
- Share customer insights with product and engineering.
- Maintain organized notes in CRM and tracking tools.
- Stay calm and responsive during peak-season urgency.
