Atomic HR is seeking a customer onboarding specialist to own onboarding from kickoff to go-live, learning the platform inside out and translating park-specific workflows into effective configurations.

You will deliver tailored demos, build onboarding plans, and anticipate confusion to keep customers moving smoothly. You’ll share insights with product and engineering while staying organized and proactive in a fast-paced, remote setup.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles (SaaS onboarding, implementation, CS, or training).
• Experience onboarding or training customers on software.
• Ability to explain complex software to non-technical users.
• Curiosity about product details and becoming a go-to expert.
• Strong organization and follow-through across calls, notes, and next steps.
• Proficiency with CRM/helpdesk/project-tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through onboarding end-to-end from kickoff to go-live.
• Become a platform expert on availability, rates, payments, site maps, reporting, and guest communication.
• Deliver tailored demos that simplify complex features.
• Build onboarding plans and clear follow-up emails after each call.
• Identify and address common points of confusion early to prevent blockers.
• Share customer insights and pain points with product and engineering.
• Keep notes and next steps organized in CRM and tracking tools.
• Remain calm, responsive, and organized during peak-season urgency.
