Atomic HR is seeking a customer onboarding specialist to own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation for SaaS clients in outdoor hospitality. You will learn the product deeply, tailor onboarding to each park's workflows, and guide customers from kickoff to go-live.

You will deliver tailored demos, create onboarding plans, and document next steps in the CRM. You’ll identify confusion early, share insights with product teams, and stay calm during peak season.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS onboarding or related roles.
• Ability to explain complex software in plain language to non-technical users.
• Strong organization and follow-through across calls, notes, and next steps.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through onboarding end to end, from kickoff calls to go-live.
• Become an expert on the platform including availability, rates, payments, and reporting.
• Deliver tailored demos that simplify complex features.
• Build onboarding plans, setup checklists, and follow-up emails after calls.
• Spot and address common points of confusion early.
• Share customer insights with product and engineering.
• Keep notes and next steps organized in CRM and tracking tools.
• Stay calm, responsive, and organized during peak-season urgency.
