Resolv Global in Mexico is seeking compassionate Patient Services Representatives to support a US-based healthcare organization. This remote role serves as first contact for patients, helping them schedule appointments and navigate inquiries with professionalism and care.

Paid training, English-language communication, HIPAA-compliant processes, and quick learning of scheduling systems are required. This position is fully remote from Mexico and offered as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience handling inbound calls and documenting interactions is an advantage.
• Experience with EHR, scheduling platforms, or CRM systems is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel medical appointments.
• Verify and record patient information per procedures.
• Document calls and follow-up actions in systems.
• Escalate clinical questions appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Navigate scheduling software and patient management systems.
