Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Healthcare scheduling, patient services, or EHR experience beneficial.
• Ability to protect patient privacy and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally with courteous assistance.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel medical appointments accurately.
• Assist patients with general appointment-related questions and administrative inquiries.
• Verify and record patient information according to procedures.
• Document calls, requests, and follow-up actions in the systems.
• Route messages to the appropriate healthcare providers or teams.
• Follow scheduling protocols and coordinate appointments per availability.
